What is your return window?
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Contact Houzz Furniture before returning an item so we can provide return instructions and authorization.
Who pays return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
When will my refund arrive?
Refunds are issued after inspection, using the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Which items cannot be returned?
Custom-made, assembled, clearance, and visibly used items are generally non-returnable.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Report damage or incorrect items within 48 hours, including photographs of the packaging and product.
